SECURITY TIPS:

• Before you move into a house, check with the local Police Precinct for crime incident reports on the neighborhood.
• Don't be so quick to give out your Social Security number or date of birth. Treat them like your house keys.
• When walking down a street in a questionable neighborhood, don't walk along alleyways or doorways. Walk in the center of the street.
• Before doing business with any service provider (plumber, electrician, roofer), check their history with the Better Business Bureau. References, References, References!
